What Consent Care does

Consent Care demonstrates tools for hosts and participants to communicate expectations before private, in-person experiences and keep a record of responses. Features may change or remain incomplete as the demo develops. Use sample information when exploring it.

Consent Care does not organize or supervise the experience, verify another person’s identity or intentions, or guarantee safety. A recorded response is a record of what was communicated at that time.

Consent remains ongoing

Completing a consent flow never obligates anyone to attend, participate, accept touch, or continue an activity. Anyone can pause, decline, or change their mind. A completed flow is not a waiver of rights or permission to ignore someone’s current boundaries.

Hosts must communicate material changes and respect participants’ choices. Participants should ask about anything unclear before taking part.

Using the service responsibly

Use the service lawfully and provide information you have permission to share. Do not impersonate others, fabricate responses, pressure anyone to agree, publish another person’s private responses, send spam, or attempt unauthorized access.

Keep account access secure. If a device is shared, sign out and remove locally saved drafts when finished. Do not use the service to report an emergency or expect Instagram messages to receive an immediate response.

Your content and privacy

You retain your rights in the content you provide. The service needs to store and display that content to provide the features you choose. Share only what is necessary, and read the visibility information shown in each flow.

The privacy notice describes information handling, including the Instagram integration. Third-party platforms have their own terms and privacy practices.

Availability and access

Features can be interrupted or unavailable. Access may need to be limited to address misuse, security problems, or legal requirements. Keep any information you need independently rather than relying on uninterrupted access.

Nothing in these terms limits rights or remedies that applicable law does not allow to be limited. Any paid feature would need its price and payment conditions disclosed before purchase.
